Do we provide COD (Cash on delivery)?
Yes we do, COD only at mainland unless for special situations if the owner is convenient we will make it at somewhere at Penang.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns & Defective Items / Wrong Items ?
We provide returns for all items, except items sold during ANY SALES period and non acceptable reason. If any defective item are received, refund/exchanged request is only valid within 2 days after parcel is received.
Returns can only made one time per order number. If any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time. Lastly we do not accept the reason of not suit / not nice after wearing as every body has different body shape, we only accept valid reasons (E.g. have a hole on the clothes).
Note : Please allow 20-30% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual may appear darker/brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect. There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material and the way measurement is taken.
