Do we accept returns ?
Yes, we provide returns for all items with below term and condition applied;
Return's Term & Condition
1. All return must be posted to us within 3 working days after buyer receive the parcel. (*delivered date as first day)
2. Returns can only made strictly one time per order number. If any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
3. Sale items, intimates, accessories, and gift card. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
4. Items must be in its original condition. Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
5. Any used / credited reward points / discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.
Note : Please allow 20-30% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual may appear darker/brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect. There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material and the way measurement is taken. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please check with us your stats to gauge your best fit.
Is there any additional charges involved for exchange?
Buyer will need to bear the both side postage (buyer and seller) if the return reason fall under Unsatisfactory Items Reason (eg: sizing problem).
If the return reason is under Defective- related items, We will bear the both side postage.
Lastly we do not accept the reason of not suit / not nice after wearing as every body has different body shape, we only accept valid reasons.
