Yes, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following Return & Exchange terms & conditions carefully before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Terms & Conditions

1. All sale items, discounted items, lingerie, and items purchased during promotional periods (including festive promotions and sale discount codes) are strictly not eligible for return or exchange, except for first purchases made using the Welcome Code. 

2. All approved normal returns and exchanges will be issued as STORE CREDIT only.

Defective or incorrectly supplied items will be handled separately under the Defective Items clause below.

3. Please note that the postage fee will be borne by the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied.

4. Please Contact us via Instagram DM (Lovelymadness.co) or Facebook DM (Lovelymadness) for the return & exchange request. Once your request is APPROVED, kindly follow the STEPS below to return your item.

**All approved returns must be posted to us within 3 working days after buyer receive the parcel. (*The courier’s delivered date will be counted as Day 1). Please provide the tracking number after sending out the parcel

*Return parcels may take up to 5 working days to be processed. 

*A fee of RM0–RM8 (West Malaysia) or RM0–RM15 (East Malaysia) may be deducted from your store credit if FREE shipping was provided for your original order. This fee covers the forfeiture of the original free-shipping benefit and processing costs. (Our customer service team will confirm the exact amount after calculation.)

6. Items must be in their original condition. Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

7. Any used / credited reward points / discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.

8. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel so we can assist you accordingly.

Once the defect is confirmed, we will cover the return and replacement shipping costs and exchange the item for the same product in the same size. If the item is out of stock, we will provide either store credit or a refund.

Note :

Please allow 15%-20% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual may appear darker/brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material and the way measurement is taken.
 Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please check with us your stats to gauge your best fit.

Is there any additional charges involved for exchange?

For normal returns or exchanges (excluding defective or incorrect items), if FREE shipping was provided for your original order, a fee of RM0–RM8 for West Malaysia or RM0–RM15 for East Malaysia may be deducted from your store credit.

Our customer service team will confirm the exact amount after reviewing your order.
