Do we accept returns ?

Yes, we provide returns for items with below term and condition applied;

Return's Term & Condition

1. All sale items, discounted items, lingerie, and items purchased during promotional periods (including festive season and sale discount codes) are strictly not eligible for exchange or return, except for first purchases made using the Welcome Code.

2. All return must be posted to us within 3 working days after buyer receive the parcel. (*delivered date as first day)

3. Please note that the postage fee will be borne by customer unless deemed faulty.

4. All exchanges and refunds will be issued as STORE CREDIT.

5. Please Contact us at Instagram DM (Lovelymadness.co) or Facebook DM (Lovelymadness) for the return & exchange request. Once your return request is APPROVED, please provide the tracking number after sending out the parcel. Kindly follow the STEPS below to return your item.

8. Items must be in its original condition. Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

9. Any used / credited reward points / discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.

10. Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your parcel if you find any defects, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Note :
Please allow 20-30% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (actual may appear darker/brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material and the way measurement is taken.
Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please check with us your stats to gauge your best fit.

Is there any additional charges involved for exchange?

If the return reason falls under defective items, we will cover both sides of the shipping costs. For defective items, we will exchange the product for the same item in the same size. If the item is out of stock, we will provide either store credit or a refund.

For normal return or exchange cases, a fee of RM2–RM8 (West Malaysia) and RM4–RM15 (East Malaysia) will be deducted from your store credits if FREE shipping was provided for your order.
